Our UK office is located in Stockley Park, which is in close proximity of Heathrow Airport. Why don’t you have a search on your website?
The pace that properties sell in Dubai often means that a search becomes redundant. Nearly all of the properties which appear on other websites are advertised with other agencies and are more often than not sold by the time any enquiry is made. In our experience this results in disappointment and dissatisfaction for clients. Instead, as a result of discussion with our clients abroad, we have created a unique case study and sample properties section. This gives a guideline price for the key selling and most popular properties in Dubai, and is updated on a weekly basis. Generally, the guide price will be the market price for the properties at that time. If one of our clients is interested in any one of these property types, we will provide the live inventory on that day of available properties.
Who do I pay my money to?
If a purchase is for an off-plan development, meaning a development which is not yet complete, then the payment will be made directly to the developer, or their appointed sales agent. If the purchase is for an existing property, then the payment can be made to an appointed solicitor who can issue a draft in Dubai, to your own bank account in Dubai or to Cubic Real Estate. In all cases, our client would be present at the time of sale and payment at the relevant government office.
